Short term sublease space in Woodinvile - for IMMEDIATE move in 

Short term sublease until August 2024 with option to take over lease. 200sq ft office. $750/month includes water, sewer, trash, shared bathrooms, shared waiting area, ample parking with 1 handicap spot. Willing to sublease to massage therapist, counselor, nutritionist, acupuncturist, attorney, or anyone who can use a 200sq ft space. Open to someone subleasing a few days a week and we can adjust the rent accordingly; would prefer at least 3-4 days/week minimum.

Note: pictures were taken when I moved into the space. The black furniture, white cabinet, and lamp are not available.

I'm closing my practice due to severe health issues. My lease is up in August 2024 and I've given notice to my landlord, if anyone is interested in a short term sublease with option to take over the lease, please contact me. Located in the Sunridge Professional Center, near Woodinville's Cut Shop and Cuban Sandwich place, not far from wine country.

200 sq ft, first office when you enter the building. Shared bathrooms, also a small break area for lessees in the office which includes microwave and deep sink for washing hands.

You get the office and can decorate as you like; however, since I'm closing my practice I have a few things you can either rent or buy (listed below). There is a white cabinet that stays in the room. It blocks a door to another office (it used to be a shared office. The cabinet is a perfect fit for the space and doesn't take up too much room).

I can also supply a portable massage table and a few linens/blankets if you need.

The table is old but in great condition, and can easily convert for facial treatments. The linens are NRG flannels, brand new in package, various colors. Blankets are brand new by Northeast Fleece, various colors.
