Insurance patients - PLEASE READ
In order to give you the personalized attention you need, Trina is no longer billing ANY insurance, including PIP (auto accident). You may still be able to use your HSA/FSA funds. Trina will strongly recommend a doctor's prescription for any kind of reimbursement, but it will not be required.
Why is a prescription strongly recommended?

A diagnosis is required for billing insurance, and on most insurance reimbursement forms. Look for the word "diagnosis" on your insurance reimbursement form. If it is there, a doctor (can be any MD, PA, ND, or DC) MUST provide this diagnosis. Per RCW 18.108.010, §6 - "Massage therapy does not include diagnosis..." (link to WA state RCW here: https://app.leg.wa.gov/RCW/default.aspx?cite=18.108.010 ) Trina CANNOT AND WILL NOT provide a diagnosis code for any reason. No exceptions.

At your request, or at Trina’s discretion, essential oils (aromatherapy) or massage cupping may be used during your session.
