Method with Zdenka Daucik, a European physiotherapist who
practiced massage for over 20 years in Europe with professional
athletes, and another 25+ years working with various clients here

Therapy, energy work that asserts that the flow and balance of

training in manual lymphatic drainage, a very light and non-invasive
technique that reduces post-surgical swelling and helps to

these issues. It's also effective at helping to alleviate headache
